Private Events at The Coco Bean
After we close, the cafe is yours. Showers, birthdays, graduations, team dinners, book clubs, small celebrations — the room seats a crowd, the bar stays open, and you don't have to clean up after.

How It Works
$150 per hour, two hours minimum. Events are after business hours.
Your booked time includes set-up and take-down, so build in a little room on each end.
Half of what you pay in rental comes back as bar credit to spend that night — at $150 an hour, that's $75 an hour at the bar. Gratuity isn't covered by the credit.
A 20% gratuity is added to drinks we make for your group.
Bring your own snacks, cake or catering. Drinks come from us.
A $100 deposit holds your date and comes off the balance.
Groups over 30: we'll set you up with a drink package instead of open credit so we can staff it properly.
